Major Curriculum Design Projects

The Academy 4 program materials power the organization’s signature one-on-one mentoring program. Every fourth-grade student in participating schools connects with an adult mentor for nine sessions focused on relationship building and the LEADERS framework. The program materials toolkit features detailed manuals to aid volunteer mentors in teaching the leadership curriculum, a comprehensive on-site mentor training, visual aids to maintain student engagement, and professional scripts for facilitators managing the live sessions.

I manange the annual maitenance of the Academy 4 collateral. My role included designing presentation materials for various classroom settings and creating highly organized instructional handbooks for site managers and community partners that align with all stakeholder interests.
